NW Crank 300K (RUSA)

E-mail
Get out of the rain!!! Come join us at Northwest Crank for a RUSA 300K. Final route sheet, map, and GPX downloads are listed.
Route Description:Starting at the Inn at the River in East Wenatchee we head to Quincy via Rock Island Road & SR-28, then south on SR-281 to George. From there we continue south, then east to Potholes State Park (an Info Control, so bring a pencil or pen), down to Othello. From there we jog a bit east and then north to Warden and Moses Lake via SR-17. On to Ephrata, then to Quincy via Martin Road. From there we return to the Inn at the River via SR-28 and Rock Island Road.

While not a flat ride, it isn’t a climbfest either … perhaps 4,500 feet of climbing with a maximum elevation of just under 1,500 feet. Wind is likely to be a bigger challenge than hills.

There are long stretches with few services, if any, so plan your food & water supplies accordingly (George – Othello is 77K).

Route is 301K and is a RUSA brevet (not ACP).
